Gokarana - December '09

Gokarana is a small Temple Town in the North West of Karnataka. The beaches which I always loved to visit. Finally made it there just after Christmas, to relax and laze the day off. The weather turned out to be dull and drizzling most parts of the day, but got better along the way. On the second day of my visit, I took a trek towards the South side of the beach, visited the famous Om Beach, Half moon beach, paradise beach and the main Gokarana beach. Forgot to mention Kutle beach on which I stayed. It was a wonderful experience to meet so may people from different parts of the world and to find out the way the perceive India has. Hope to visit this beach again with a lot more time to spare.
